Key Appointments

Praveen Kumar, a 1993 batch West Bengal cadre IPS officer, was appointed as Director General of Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP). He will assume office on 30 September 2025 and serve till 30 September 2030.

Praveer Ranjan, a 1993 batch IPS officer of AGMUT cadre, was appointed as Director General of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) with tenure until 31 July 2029.
