The 28th National Conference on e-Governance (NCeG) was held in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, on 22–23 September 2025. It was co-hosted by the Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances (DARPG), Ministry of Electronics & IT (MeitY), and Government of Andhra Pradesh. The conference adopted the Visakhapatnam Declaration to further advance India’s digital governance and transformation efforts.
